Production Sprint: 2 weeks to a working prototype on your data

Two weeks. A working prototype on your data. Built by senior engineers, deployed to your stack.

£15,000 / $19,000 · 2 WEEKS · FIXED FEE · WORKING PROTOTYPE
001_WHAT YOU GET
Discovery workshop
Day 1. We meet your team, see your data, define the prototype scope and success criteria.
~80 engineering hours
Two senior engineers, two weeks. No juniors, no offshoring.
Production-grade prototype
A working system on your data — not a demo, not a deck. Hosted in your environment or ours.
Architecture recommendation
How to take the prototype to full production. Build-vs-buy on every component. Cost projections.
Documentation
Setup, run, extend. Written for engineers you might hire later.
Source code handover
Pushed to your GitHub on day 14. You own everything.
002_TYPICAL SCOPE
Client intake automation
Inbound enquiry → triage → matter creation. Built on Claude, integrated with your practice management system.
Document review pipeline
Bulk document ingestion → extraction → review queue. Claude Code orchestrates the workflow end-to-end.
MCP server for practice management
Custom Model Context Protocol server so your team can query firm data conversationally — safely, with audit trails.
RAG over firm knowledge
Internal precedent / template / wiki retrieval. Embeddings, retrieval, rerank, and a Slack or web UI. End-to-end.
003_COMMON QUESTIONS
What does "production prototype" mean — is it actually usable? +

Yes. It runs on real data, with real auth, in an environment your team can access. It is not a demo or a slide deck. It is also not a fully hardened production system — that is the Scoped Build engagement that follows.

Who runs the engineering? +

Two senior engineers full-time for two weeks. No juniors. No offshore hand-offs. You meet them on day one.

What happens at the end of the two weeks? +

You own the source code, the documentation, and the architecture recommendation. Most firms move into a Scoped Build to harden the prototype; some take it in-house. Either path is supported.

Is this credited against the Scoped Build like the diagnostic is? +

No. The Sprint is delivery, not assessment — the value is in the working system, which you keep regardless of what comes next.

What if two weeks is not enough? +

Two weeks is enough for a prototype with a tight scope. If you want full production hardening, integrations into 5 internal systems, and 99.9% uptime — that is a Scoped Build, not a Sprint.
